PLEDGE OF SERVICES TO BUYERS
A-Win4All Realty pledges to assist you to secure real estate desires. The A-Win4All Realty pledge and understanding with the Buyer is as follows:
1. Buyer is NOT obligated to acquire any property.
2. This is NOT an exclusive agreement.
3. Buyer may use A-Win4All Realty or not, but will forfeit all the benefits of this pledge regarding any property listed by any real estate company wherein A-Win4All Realty is not used to first show that property and then make the offer for Buyer.
4. A-Win4All Realty will assist Buyer in finding financing sources, appraisers, inspectors, surveyors, title insurance, escrow closing services, attorneys and other specialists if Buyer desires to use their services.
5. A-Win4All Realty will assist Buyer in negotiating price, terms, and conditions of any property acquisition including providing comparable values of similar marketed homes in the vicinity of any intended property acquisition and will write-up all contracts leading to the successful closing of Buyer's acquisition of the property.

Areas of the valley you would like to search in, cities or zip codes or coordinates.

Age of home you would consider.
Square feet if that is important.
